Our stylish Paignton apartment benefits from 2 double bedrooms (so sleeping up to 4 guests), one large bathroom that includes both a bath and a walk in shower (towels are provided). The modern fitted kitchen also has a breakfast bar and separate utility with washing machine. The dining room is ample sized for you and your guests. The lounge is spacious and comfortable to watch TV and chill out. The property is just a 5 minute walk to Preston beach and short stroll onto Paignton Green and Pier as well as having plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby, as well as having supermarkets within walking distance too. We have a private off road parking space a 5 minute walk away. Based in the lovely community of Preston, it is in the heart of Torbay, making both Torquay and Brixham easily commutable by car or bus, with the local cities of Exeter and Plymouth within a 45 minute drive.
